What is Jump Start Kids?

Ages 3-5

Ages 6-10

Ages 16-Adults
This category is designed to strengthen, tone and enhance mobility while boosting overall fitness. These sessions focus on movement fundamentals, emphasizing core stability, controlled movements and mindful breathing. Participants will engage in exercises that improve posture, flexibility and muscular endurance, all while reducing the risk of injury.
