Within Jump Start Kids, you’ll find a variety of workouts designed to develop well-rounded skills and movement patterns. These include Object Control, Stability and Balance, Locomotive Skills, Yoga, Strength Development, Manipulative Skills, and Agility. Each workout provides focused activities that support physical growth, coordination, and confidence.

Equipment required for these workouts is minimal. Generally you can make do with household items. At the beginning of each video, equipment required will be explained, if any.
Demonstrations and sessions will generally run between 15 and 60 minutes. However, some skills learnt need practice so you always have the option to keep going if you like using the video as an aid.
The workouts are designed to teach new skills, improve co-ordination and agility. There is no time limit on the programs. You can enjoy them whenever you like. You can contact the site if you are interested in tailored programs.
Practice or sessions can be conducted whereever you have room. Just ensure it is a safe area. Check trip hazards and remove any obstacles to avoid injuries. You will see that all classes are done in bare feet, but that should be considered to your environment again, ensuring safetey and being mindful of slipping.
